Oksana leads the UKI Startup ecosystem at Google Cloud. Before Google, she was a partner at an early-stage investment fund, earning recognition from Business Insider as one of Europe's top female early-stage investors. Oksana also founded ESG in VC, a podcast and news platform on ESG in the venture capital community. Her earlier career spanned M&A investment banking at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Moelis & Co, and advising disruptors like The Hut Group at Oakley Capital. She is also an aspiring Japanese calligraphy artist.

Nat Barling, Operating Partner, a16z 

Operating Partner, a16z - Nathaniel is an operating partner at Andreessen Horowitz focused on building products that power the firm’s network and investments. 

Prior to joining a16z, Nathaniel was co-founder and CEO of Knowhere, where he led a team that built generative machine learning models to analyze and generate trustworthy news content, serving several million subscribers in the US with daily national and local coverage. Before that, Nathaniel worked in investment banking and private equity at Deutsche Bank and Oakley Capital, where he focused on M&A, capital raises, and buyouts for technology, media, telecoms, and healthcare businesses.
