London Tech Week takes place in Olympia, London – you can find venue accessibility information on their website, including details of how to book accessible parking or borrow manual wheelchairs.
Entry to the event is via both Grand & National Halls – each has ramp access. VIP access is via the new International Convention Centre (ICC) entrance on Hammersmith Road, which has lifts.
Badge collection is at Registration in both the Grand and National Halls, and you’ll find an accessible desk at each. VIP Registration is in the ICC and has an accessible desk.
Please don’t hesitate to let any of our team know if you need assistance when you arrive – they’ll be easy to spot in pink ‘Here to Help’ t-shirts or black ‘Organiser’ t-shirts and Informa staff badges.

London Tech Week is spread over two floors in the National and Grand Halls, the new International Convention Centre (ICC) and the Henley Suites.
The event floorplan is available on the LTW App. There are also 3 touchscreen floorplans around the event:
If you prefer to speak to someone, we have a Here to Help desk in the Grand Hall and another up on the Grand Gallery, plus of course you can ask anyone at Registration or flag down one of our team.
Each Here to Help desk will have printed copies of an accessibility map if you prefer paper format.
If you would like a quick guided tour of the event, we will be running brief tours at 10:00 each day, leaving from the Here to Help desk in Grand Hall. Please meet there a few minutes before and let us know you’d like to join. If you miss this tour, then we may be able to run others – please let speak to the person at the desk for further information.
Everything on the ground floor is on one level
Step-free access from the ground floor to the upper floors is via lifts.
The Grand Gallery is served by a glass fronted lift in the Grand Hall
Henley Suites are served by a separate lift just outside the Grand Hall.
The ICC has lifts from the entrance foyer up to VIP registration/VIP Village.
Once on the Grand Gallery you can access the AI Arena & VIP Village on one level, but there is no step-free access from the Grand Gallery to the Henley suites. So, if you are on the Grand Gallery and cannot use the stairs, you will need to take the Gallery lift down to the ground floor then use the Henley Suites lift to go back up.
We have tried hard to signpost this as clearly as we can, but please just ask any of our team if you need assistance.
London Tech Week Party – is back at Between the Bridges again this year. Please see the venue’s accessibility webpage for more information.
For anyone with reduced mobility or other accessibility needs, we offer priority seating at all our stages. We also have a wheelchair dedicated area at the front.
Most of our stages are equipped with ramps. Due to space restrictions, the stages in ICC Room 1 and the Olympia Room have 1 step and no ramp.
Captioning will be available on most of our stages - AI Arena, Core, Transformation, Founders, DeepTech and Ignition.
We appreciate not all disabilities are visible, so please help us by wearing your sunflower lanyard to let staff know you require access to these services.
Accessible & Gender-Neutral bathrooms
There are gender-neutral/accessible bathrooms in both exhibition halls, up on the Grand Gallery, in the VIP Village and the Henley Suites. Please refer to the LTW App or the map for locations.
SensoryCalm Quiet Room / Calm Hub
We've teamed up with EventWell again to provide our SensoryCalm Quiet Room, a professionally supervised, tranquil retreat away from the bustling event floor that’s designed to support attendee welfare and reduce overwhelm, anxiety or nervous system fatigue.
This year this space will also house the CalmHub, a series of drop-in friendly, small group workshops including guided breathwork, chair yoga, sound healing and bite-size micro learning sessions on mental health, wellbeing and neurodiversity.
You can find the SensoryCalm Quiet Room & CalmHub on the Grand Gallery – the entrance is in the Offline Garden.
Offline Garden
One of our most popular feature areas last year, the Offline Garden up on the Grand Gallery is an informal space with picnic tables for everyone to relax, catch up over coffee, play a boardgame, chat over a jigsaw or maybe even snooze in a deckchair.
Take 5 Benches
New for this year we have 6 wooden benches at the edges of the exhibition halls, designated for anyone who needs to take a few minutes to pause, breathe and reset. They are easy to spot with a sign and a little olive tree next to the bench, but you can also check the app or the map for locations.
Seating
There are plenty of areas with tables and chairs around the exhibition floor and up on the Grand Gallery. Whether it’s for informal meetings, to eat lunch or just take a few minutes to yourself.
Nook Pods
We have 8 of these on the Grand Gallery and 2 in the VIP Village, providing a quiet place to focus.
Water fountains
There will be water stations around the venue -see map. If you can, please bring a refillable water bottle with you.
First Aid
If you require medical assistance, the First Aid room is in the Grand Hall – see map. We also have trained mental Health First Aiders in the SensoryCalm Quiet Room on the Grand Gallery.
Multi-faith room
This can be found in the Grand Gallery – see map.
Childcare
We are committed to making London Tech Week accessible for attending parents and guardians.
Complimentary on-site childcare is provided by Nipperbout, a specialist third-party childcare provider, and is available throughout the event. The childcare facility is in the National Meeting Room, in National Hall. It accommodates children aged 2–15 and can take up to 10 children at any one time, with sessions structured across the day. Places should be booked in advance.
Please note that children under 15 are not permitted on the show floor and must be accompanied to the childcare facility on arrival.
Parents and guardians are welcome to bring children aged 2 and under into London Tech Week. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we ask that parents are mindful of any disruption if their children become unsettled during sessions.
Pushchair storage will be available next to the Nipperbout childcare area, so you can leave your pushchair there while your child is in daycare.
More information can be found in the Childcare section of the Event FAQs
Nursing room
A space for parents to pump and feed can be found in the Childcare Room in National Hall, along with changing facilities.
We’re always looking to improve your experience at London Tech Week. If you have any enquiries, feedback or suggestions regarding accessibility, we’d love to hear from you: registration@londontechweek.com
