Rachna has been passionate about new technologies since Y2K, when the term Digital had not yet been coined, and was instead referred to then as “new media.” Starting her career as a “New Media journalist” at Forbes.com in New York where she was first introduced to the world of digital analytics to measure the performance of her own news stories, she later joined Accenture in the Amsterdam office 15 years ago (by way of Edmonton, Chicago, New York and Paris), transferring to the London office in 2014. During her Accenture career, she has been shaping and delivering large, complex, global digital programmes.
Her passion lies in scaling businesses and practices - the Adobe Business Group in the UK, then Europe, and more recently the Salesforce Business Group, UKIA. Scaling AI for enterprise businesses combines her passion of new tech and scaling businesses.
