We require your PowerPoint file in advance. Presentation files are due on or before Tuesday 27th May and must be uploaded to our Dropbox.

Accommodation
It is the responsibility of the speaker to book and pay for their travel and accommodation. If you would like to book accommodation with our preferred supplier Hotelmap, locally to the conference venue at a reduced room rate, please click HERE for options and booking information. Please book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Visa
It is your responsibility to check visa requirements to enter the United Kingdom and complete applications in advance of the event. A visa support letter to illustrate the purpose of your travel can be requested at the time of registration. Please be aware some visa applications can take some time to process so early applications are strongly recommended to prevent any problems attending the event. Please also note that Informa Festivals do not take responsibility for the issuance of visas. We are unable to assist with visa applications beyond the issuance of the visa invitation letter.
Registrations
To access the event, you will need to register for your Speaker Pass. You will receive an invitation email from our registration platform to register yourself for the event. This email will come from info@londontechweek.com.
Your badge will give you access to all sessions (except Tech Leaders Forum, CMO Summit, Investors' Forum and InspiringFifty which are invite only events), the exhibition floor and complimentary refreshments including lunch (served in the speaker lounge in VIP Gallery Suite). Further details will be sent in the final speaker information email sent 1 week before the event. Please ensure that you have ID to collect your badge.
Please note that this event is for ages 18 yrs and above.
FILMING
We will be recording your session in audio and/or video format. Your recorded session may be made available on Informa’s on-demand video content platforms and other Informa distribution channels including other Informa websites, Informa channels on third party websites or mobile applications and in brand promotional communications. Recorded content is presented in view-only format.
We are offering this extension to meet the information needs of the community whilst amplifying your thought leadership. For more information on elevating your profile as a speaker within the Informa network, visit Center Stage.
By agreeing to speak at our conference, you confirm that the content of your session is your own and has not been copied. You give us permission to record your session, create excerpts of that recording, use those excerpts either alone or with other content, and use your name, likeness, voice, biographic information with the recording and/or excerpts, all of which may be made accessible after the conference as described above.
We confirm that your personal data will be processed by us in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Informa’s privacy policy. As our thanks for your permission, you will be given access to Streamly, our on-demand video content platform. If you do not wish to make your recorded session accessible as described above, please let your speaker ops manager know by Tuesday 27th May.

As a speaker, we want you to have a rewarding experience at the event. If you would like to announce via your social media platform that you will be speaking at the festival, you can do so using a speaker card which will auto generate your profile onto some event graphics along with all the text necessary meaning all you have to do log into LinkedIn and click “post”. The personal details on your LinkedIn post will align to the details used for the LinkedIn account. To request a link to do this, please contact our marketing team at iwona.rejman@informa.com.

London Tech Week 2025 is powered by Swapcard. The platform will be launched and available to all on 15th May 2024 to ensure you have enough time to familiarise yourself. Our team will be on hand throughout the whole process to ensure you have the best experience possible!

Participants asked to stop any behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant or sponsor engages in behavior that violates this code of conduct, Informa Festivals staff may take action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event with no refund.
