The Equal Group

The Equal Group was established in 2018 to give organisations the tools and support needed to reap the advantages of embracing equity/equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI). Our passion comes from a deep-seated belief that EDI benefits not only individuals, but organisations, sectors and society as a whole. Changing attitudes in the workplace can be a catalyst to how we interact with our colleagues in and outside the office or other environments.

Embedding EDI is not always easy, so we aim to simplify this as much as possible, ensuring that the organisations we work with are equipped with the skills and knowledge to continue their EDI journeys after our engagement period. Our approach ensures that our clients are not dependent on The Equal Group to achieve intersectional, measurable and sustainable EDI progress in future.
