Woodson Martin is the CEO of OutSystems, leading the company into its next chapter of AI-powered innovation and global growth. A customer-centric executive with nearly 30 years in enterprise software, he has held leadership roles across product, marketing, and go-to-market at global SaaS companies.

Most recently, he was EVP and GM of Salesforce AppExchange, overseeing a global ecosystem of partners and ISVs. His tenure at Salesforce also included serving as CMO for EMEA, where he helped drive international growth. Earlier in his career, he led global marketing and product strategy at Business Objects (now SAP), expanding adoption across multiple regions.

Martin is known for building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and championing customer success. He’s also active in community engagement and supports civic initiatives through board service and philanthropy, with a focus on encouraging constructive dialogue across differences.
