Vineta Bajaj is an experienced finance leader with deep expertise across digital, retail, and technology sectors. She brings a proven track record in high-growth, multi-market businesses including Ocado Group, a FTSE 100 online grocer and global technology provider, where she played a key role in major international deals and capital raises. Most recently, she served as Group CFO at Rohlik Group, a pan-European online grocery unicorn operating across five countries, where she led the business through a turbulent time in online grocery, led a $170 million capital raise, doubled revenue and drove strategic M&A. Vineta is currently Group Chief Financial Officer at Holland & Barrett, one of Europe’s leading health and wellness retailers, where she is focused on driving sustainable growth, strengthening financial performance and supporting the company’s transformation across its multi-channel and international operations. Vineta’s experience spans the UK, Europe, US, and Asia. In addition to her executive roles, she acts as an angel investor and advisor to early-stage startups in the retail and sustainability space. She also mentors students at the University of Cambridge. She is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Consultant, with a First-Class Honours degree in Business Studies from the University of Limerick.
