Tom Harris is Chief Technology Officer at OakNorth – the leading digital bank for entrepreneurs, by entrepreneurs - where he leads the bank’s technology strategy and engineering organisation, driving innovation across its platforms and AI capabilities to support its continued growth, including in the United States. He is responsible for scaling OakNorth’s technology infrastructure and advancing its digital capabilities to power the bank’s expansion. Prior to joining OakNorth, Tom was CTO at Seccl, the Octopus-owned embedded investment platform, where he helped scale the business from early phase through to profitability. Before that, he held senior technology leadership roles at ClearBank, contributing to the development and scaling of its core banking and data platforms. Earlier in his career, Tom built and ran a software consultancy working with financial services firms including Zopa and Allica Bank, delivering technology solutions to support high-growth fintech businesses.
