Tim is COO of Tech East, the tech cluster organisation for the East of England. He is a founding board member of the UK Tech Cluster Group. His other non-executive roles include chair of the Norfolk and Suffolk Digital Skills Group, board member of the Creative Industries Board, digital special adviser to Norfolk and Suffolk Cultural Board, board member of BT/University of Suffolk DigiTech Centre and advisory board member of UEA’s Norwich Business School.

Previously Tim held international general management roles in digital and data products at Thomson Reuters, Informa and RICS.

He was educated at London Business School and Newcastle University.
