As a Physics graduate, Steve started his career in 1994 as a Flight Test Engineer before moving into Business Development and Sales with BAE Systems. Moving to Surrey Satellite Technology (SSTL) in 2008 as the Head of Business Development and Sales, Steve supported the fastest growth in the company's history before leaving in 2015 to help found a high resolution satellite imaging start-up, Earth-i. Returning to BAE SYSTEMS in May 2017, Steve was the Chief of Staff in the London HQ and Campaign Director for the Typhoon aircraft export opportunities. In Feb 2019 Steve moved to ICEYE as the Vice President - Business Development and Sales and is now the President of the satellite 'Missions' division of ICEYE. In December 2011 Steve was made a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society.
