Sophie is the CEO & co-founder of unlock VC, an award winning community and platform for Women in VC. Culminating in a 400+ person annual summit (Oct 7-9, Barcelona), unlock seeks to develop highly productive networks to increase the success of diverse investors and founders, partly through frequent local and virtual events, supported by a continuous stream of content and resources.

Sophie is also an active participant in the VC space, working across Operating Partner, Platform and Deal flow roles. Sophie has been recognised on the Innovate Finance Women in FinTech Powerlist in 2020, 2021 & 2023, as one of the 34 rising stars in Venture capital in 2023 by Business Insider and is a regular guest on the 11:FS's FinTech Insider podcast. She previously spent 5 years at Anthemis, leading and supporting investments.
