Somya has been building AI solutions since 2016, giving her a grounded perspective on what actually works in enterprise environments versus what looks good in demos. She's held leadership roles at SAP and ServiceNow and co-founded TheLoops to address the gap between AI hype and practical deployment. Her approach emphasizes narrow use cases over moonshots, hours saved over strategic value, and production deployment over pilots, a discipline that has enabled IFS Loops customers to deploy Digital Workers in weeks and achieve ROI in 30-60 days. She is a recurring author for several publications and a speaker at numerous Enterprise Software conferences.
