Sofia is an ICF-certified coach and advisor helping founders strengthen co-founder dynamics, and lead with clarity as they scale. A co-founder of Mambu, a fintech that reached unicorn status in 2021, she draws on her background in Clinical Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, and 12 years building a high-growth global organization.

At Mambu, Sofia shaped the company’s culture from early stage through rapid scale, while informally coaching leaders through pivotal transitions. Today, she coaches founders across sectors and advises portfolio companies of Florent Venture Partners on organizational culture, founder-to-CEO evolution, and the realities of scaling teams in fast-changing environments.
