Siân is Global Head of Technology Change Enablement and an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where she leads the modernization of Technology Change to improve the technologist experience and strengthen the control environment. Innovations delivered during her tenure have been recognised by the American Financial Technology Awards and the Banking Technology Awards.

Siân previously held roles at JPMorgan and PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a passionate advocate for both tech education and women in technology through initiatives including the Tech She Can charity and sponsoring Morgan Stanley’s London’s ‘Step In Step Up Women in STEM’ programme. She is also recognised on the Computer Weekly Most Influential Women in UK Tech 2025 longlist.
