Sheridan Ash MBE
Sheridan is a nationally recognised leader on how new technologies can tackle our greatest challenges, grow the economy, and address national technology skill shortages by developing and using diverse talent.
She is the Founder and co-Chief Executive Officer of the charity ‘Tech She Can’ the tech careers inspiration and social mobility charity. Sheridan is a member of the UK Government's Digital Skills Council, focused on addressing the UK's current and future digital skills needs to ensure the workforce is prepared for the future of work. She is the Co-Chair of the City of London Corporation Digital Skills Taskforce, on the PA Foundation Board and L’Oréal UK Advisory Board.
Previously, she led Technology & Innovation strategy at PwC and was its ‘Women in Technology’ architect and leader, implementing initiatives that took women in technology roles, from 14% to over 40%.
Widely recognized for her contributions, including being named the most Influential Women In UK technology 2024 by Computer Weekly. Sheridan was awarded an MBE in Queen’s Birthday Honours list in 2020 for services to young girls and women through technology.
