Serena Dayal is an Investment Partner at Athena Capital, investing across healthtech, consumer internet, and AI-enabled software. Previously, she was a Partner at the SoftBank Vision Fund in Silicon Valley, where she led late-stage investments in high-growth technology companies and managed a portfolio of more than $1.7 billion across Funds I and II. Prior to SoftBank, she was an investor at Fortress Investment Group in its private equity business and began her career in Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Division in New York, where she spent over a decade. Serena holds an A.B. in Economics from Princeton University, serves on the board of GBx, a community for UK founders, investors, and executives in the Bay Area, and lives in San Francisco. She grew up in London.
