Sef Tuma, who recently joined BT International as CTIO, is a global technology and business leader with a career spanning engineering, strategy, and large-scale digital transformation. He has built and led multi-billion-dollar practices across North America, Europe, and Asia, shaping how modern engineering, cloud, data, and AI solutions power the world’s most complex industries.

At Accenture, Sef served as Senior Managing Director and Global Lead for the Industry X Product Engineering and Manufacturing practice, where he architected the strategy behind a $7B+ business, scaled delivery teams into the tens of thousands, and oversaw growth through acquisitions, global capability expansion, and next-generation platform investments.

A trusted advisor to C-suite teams and boards, Sef brings deep expertise in product engineering, networks, platform development, and digital operating models, combined with a passion for developing high-performing teams.

He holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and is fluent in both English and French.
