Saul is a serial tech entrepreneur, operator and investor with 30 years experience starting, building and exiting global companies in the UK, US, Israel and Europe. He is the co-founder of Phoenix Court, the home of LocalGlobe, Latitude, Solar and Basecamp funds.
Before founding Phoenix Court, Saul was a General Partner at Index Ventures for eight years. Part of the original leadership team at Skype, he was later co-founder and original CEO of LoveFilm and co-founder of Platoon. A co-founder of Seedcamp, Europe's first accelerator, he has continued to innovate venture by co-founding Zinc, with LSE, and Newton Venture Program, with London Business School.
Saul sits on the Prime Minister's Council for Science and Technology and is a NED the Department for Science, Technology and Innovation's board. He serves on Camden's STEAM Commission and Economic Renewal Commission and works closely with the Greater Manchester Combined Authority.
