As the People Director for the Group Chief Operating Office, Sarah is accountable for the development and implementation of People strategies that will enable the Group's Technology & Data teams to meet their objectives, whilst ensuring that colleagues recognise a culture where the needs of customers are paramount.

Sarah joined Lloyds as a graduate in 1999, working in many different parts of the Group throughout her career, including roles in the branch network, product, change and relationship management.

Sarah sits on the board of the Tech Talent Charter, which convenes organisations to drive greater diversity and inclusion in technology roles.
