Sara Shahvisi is Chief Learning Officer at Fearless Futures, leading on all Fearless Futures' learning experiences. Sara has built and delivered innovative learning and consultancy solutions for clients across the public, private and not-for-profit arenas from Europe to North America to Asia. Sara’s focus is always on creating solutions that lead to real mindset, behaviour and process transformation. Sara has over a decade of experience in education - having worked in equity and inclusion education for over 9 years. Alongside her BA in Politics, Anthropology and Sociology from the University of Cambridge, Sara has an MSc in Social Policy from the London School of Economics and was awarded the Loch Exhibition Award. Sara is a qualified teacher and is Kurdish-British.
