Sara leads techUK's work on quantum and digital twins, where she facilitates industry engagement across two of the UK's most strategically important emerging technology areas. She works closely with member companies and government to shape the policy and ecosystem conditions that help these technologies thrive, with a particular focus on demonstrating and cultivating their transformative potential across the UK economy. In her previous role, she co-authored a flagship report on what quantum startups need to grow and stay in the UK, bringing a research and policy lens to the practical challenges facing the sector. She holds a Master of Global Affairs in Innovation Policy & Global Security from the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy.
