Sana Khareghani is the Chief Strategy Officer at Era4, an AI infrastructure company delivering resilient, lower-carbon, high-performance compute capacity to support the UK’s AI transformation.

She is also Professor of Practice in AI at King’s College London and AI Policy Lead for Responsible AI UK, a £35 million programme supporting research and innovation in responsible AI.

Sana has over 25 years of experience across technology, business, and public policy in both the private and public sectors. She has worked as a software engineer in large corporations and start-ups, as a management consultant advising C-suite leaders internationally, and in government as the inaugural Head of the UK Government Office for AI, where she led the team that published the UK’s National AI Strategy and supported £1 billion of investment in the UK AI ecosystem.
