Ryan Radloff is a London-based entrepreneur, technology executive, and operator with a track record of building and leading companies at the forefront of cryptography, financial technology, and secure computing. Today, Ryan serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Valarian, where he works with governments, defence organisations, and enterprise leaders on sovereign AI, secure execution environments, and next-generation digital infrastructure. His focus is helping organisations maintain control over where intelligence executes, how autonomous systems operate, and how sensitive data remains governed in an increasingly AI-driven world.

Prior to joining Valarian, Ryan served as CEO of CoinShares—Europe’s largest publicly traded digital asset investment firm—and Choice Fintech Group, Ryan helped oversee and secure more than $25 billion in cryptographic assets across institutional custody, cryptographic infrastructure, and regulated financial systems spanning the UK and United States.

Over the past decade, Ryan has specialised in the deployment and governance of cryptographic systems at scale, including custody architecture, key management, operational security, infrastructure resilience, and regulatory compliance. His work has focused on helping organisations securely manage high-value cryptographic assets while navigating rapidly evolving technological and regulatory environments.
