Ryan is CEO & Co-Founder of Axiom Therapeutics. A Gates Scholar with a PhD in Biophysical Chemistry from the University of Cambridge, supervised by Sir Chris Dobson, Ryan has over a decade of lab experience in covalent and non-covalent small molecule drug discovery. Upon graduating, he was the first PhD-hired M&A Associate in healthcare at Lazard, where he structured billion-dollar biopharma deals across the United States and Europe.
