Roselyn Cason-Marcus is the Global Director of Partner Talent Attraction and Affinity at McKinsey & Company . Based in London and holding dual British and American citizenship, Roselyn brings a uniquely global perspective to identifying, attracting, and integrating exceptional senior talent into McKinsey's diverse meritocracy . Over her tenure, she has built a reputation as a trusted leader and strategist in global senior hiring, partner integration, and executive career coaching. 

Roselyn’s dedication to societal impact is a cornerstone of their personal and professional journey. She serves on the board of Arms Around the Child; a non-profit organization focused on providing direct care and support to HIV-positive children experiencing extreme hardships across Africa and India.

An avid supporter and collector of contemporary art, Roselyn continuously champions creativity as a bridge for cultural understanding. Her patronage includes serving as a Patron of the Venice Biennali (2024 and 2026), an Africa Art patron for The Delfina Foundation, and a member of the Development Committee for The International Slavery Museum in Liverpool.
