Her passion lies in ensuring everyone has equal access to the BBC's world-leading products: BBC News, Weather, Sports, iPlayer, Sounds and Children's. Her background is in change management and operational performance improvement and Romana uses these skills to help organisations change their culture.  Â
Prior to her time as a Change Lead at the BBC, Romana was a Change technical specialist at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) in London, with experience spanning industries ranging from Education, Defence, Police, Utilities, Financial Services, Insurance, Health, Industrial products, Recruitment, and International Development.Â
Her specialisms include end-to-end change management, cultural and behavioural change including implementing new ways of working, diversity and inclusion initiatives including accessibility, learning and facilitation interventions, and team performance improvement.
