Rohit serves as the Cognizant's Country Head for UK and Ireland. He has over 28 years of experience in IT services industry and has performed in a variety of roles ranging from business development, through to technical delivery and program management. Based in London, Rohit leads all aspects of Cognizant's operations in UK&I, including strategic planning, commercial development, and client delivery. Prior to his current position, Rohit was the Vertical Lead for the Product & Resources sector in the UK&I, and also founded the Utilities & Transportation business for Cognizant. He has a very strong growth track record, having scaled the P&R business in UK&I to $500m+, making P&R the fastest growing sector in the region. He also successfully incubated the Public Sector vertical within Cognizant, which is now a $100mn+ business for Cognizant. Rohit has an extensive CXO and partner network in UKI. Rohit graduated from Delhi University with a degree in Computer Engineering. Prior to joining Cognizant he spent 10 years with Tech Mahindra in a variety of roles.
