Robert Wiltshire is a dedicated Youth Programme Coordinator, inspiring children and students to pursue careers in software development through engaging workshops, community events, and work experiences. With a diverse background as a manager of photographic labs, astronomy tutor, and team leader at the Co-op, Robert brings a wealth of experience to his role.  
 
Notably, Robert led his team to win the Tech South West Best Education Initiative in 2019 and contributed to the Careers Education Company's accolade as Education Provider of the Year for the West and South West in 2018. Robert holds a BSc in Natural Science and serves as a part-time tutor in adult education. His passion for digital making and technology fuels his commitment to empowering the next generation of tech innovators.
