Rina Ladva is UK&I Managing Director for Miro, the AI-powered visual collaboration platform trusted by over 100 million users across all fortune 500 organisations globally. With more than 25 years of experience in the technology sector, Rina brings deep expertise in enterprise strategy, revenue growth, alliances, and digital transformation with a consistent track record of building high-performing teams and driving lasting business outcomes.

At Miro, Rina leads the UK & Ireland go to market organisation, helping enterprises harness AI to reimagine how work gets done moving beyond tool adoption to genuine organisational transformation. She combines commercial rigour with a people-first leadership style that has made her a trusted voice across the UK tech ecosystem. Prior to Miro, Rina served as Global Head of Alliances, Platforms and Products at PA Consulting, where she scaled strategic alliances and next-generation start-ups, developed cross-industry propositions, and drove programmatic sales across a global client base. During her 17 years at Microsoft, she held a range of senior leadership roles spanning alliances, sales, strategy, and cultural transformation. She led Microsoft's manufacturing, utilities, energy and life sciences sectors, was a driving force behind the company's energy transition and sustainability strategy, and played a pivotal role in the UK Ventilator Challenge accelerating the rapid production of life-saving devices at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic working with the UK government.

Rina has also served as a Non-Executive Director and is a special advisor in a number of social enterprise organisations. She was recognised as a finalist at the prestigious Asian Women of Achievement Awards in the Digital & Technology category, and is a committed advocate for diversity in STEM and the development of the next generation of tech leaders.
