Ricky is a hands-on Software Developer, Architect and Technical Leader with over 20 years of experience across sectors including Manufacturing, Healthcare and Finance.  He is passionate about building systems with a high level of quality and using simple people-centric practices to achieve this.  Currently he is leading a set of teams within Lloyds Banking Group who are part of an initiative to build a new Core Banking solution.
