Richard joined Haleon as Chief Data & AI Officer in March 2025 and leads the company’s global data, analytics and AI strategy. He brings more than 23 years’ experience in data and analytics, with a track record of turning long term strategic goals into practical, enterprise wide transformation.
Prior to joining Haleon, Richard held senior global data and analytics leadership roles at Reckitt, including Global Head of Data & Analytics and Head of Data Science & Analytics. Earlier in his career, he worked in senior analytics and insight roles at EY, SDL, Symphony IRI Group, Nielsen, and GfK, spanning the consumer goods, professional services and technology sectors.
Richard specialises in using data, advanced analytics and AI to drive decision making, operational efficiency and sustainable business growth at scale.
