Richard Alexandre is the CEO and co-founder of Pyri, a deep-tech climate startup building the first passive, power-free wildfire detection and automated response system for critical infrastructure. Spun out of Imperial College London and the Royal College of Art, Pyri is backed by the Terra Carta Design Lab, the James Dyson Award, and TechNation Climate. Richard brings over a decade of experience across technology, sustainability, and venture building — previously a McKinsey venture builder across 10+ countries, and currently a Design Council Design for Planet Expert and Visiting Tutor at Imperial.
