Rachel is the Co-Founder of Founders Comms, a strategic communications and policy advisory firm that helps ambitious startups and scaleups build strong reputations, navigate complex environments, and scale with success. Before launching Founders Comms, Rachel was Global Communications Director at Kry — Europe’s largest healthtech startup — where she led brand and reputation strategy across five markets, working with consumers, clinicians, and health systems including the NHS. Prior to that, she was at Portland Communications, advising a broad range of tech and innovation clients.
