Rachel has spent 30 years in financial services, holding senior roles at Santander and serving as Chief Customer Officer of a UK challenger bank. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of a regional Building Society, where she acts as Consumer Duty Board Champion.

In 2021, Rachel moved into fintech to lead Inicio AI, a conversational AI platform helping lenders and collections firms deliver compliant, high-quality affordability and income & expenditure assessments at scale. Clients include BNP Paribas Personal Finance, Perch Group and Hastings Direct. Under her leadership, Inicio AI secured FCA authorisation in just three months and was named KPMG UK Tech Innovator 2025.
