Pip Smith is Director of Strategic Change & Portfolio at Currys plc, leading a broad transformation portfolio covering end-to-end retail transformation. She recently expanded her remit to include Technology Risk and Security, covering cyber resilience, data assurance, and AI governance — reflecting the growing convergence of transformation and tech risk at board level.

Prior to Currys, Pip spent ten years in management consulting focused on retail transformation, bringing deep sector expertise to her leadership roles. A Warwick Business School MBA graduate, she is known for translating complex change into clear executive narratives.

She is also a Trustee (Strategy) for RSPCA South London Branch and a passionate advocate for mentorship and inclusion.
