Philip Belamant is the co‑founder and CEO of Zilch, the consumer payments platform and ad‑subsidised “buy now, pay later” network he launched in 2018. Under his leadership, Zilch has reached unicorn status, served millions of customers, and been recognised among the UK and EMEA’s fastest‑growing fintech companies. A serial entrepreneur with more than a decade in payments and financial technology, he previously founded and exited multiple fintech ventures across Africa and other emerging markets. He is also a co‑founding co‑chair of the Unicorn Council for UK Fintech, working with peers and policymakers to strengthen the UK’s position as a global fintech hub.
