Paul O'Sullivan is SVP Solution Engineering and Salesforce UKI CTO. Paul joined Salesforce in 2022 and leads a team of 250 Solution Engineers focussed on working with customers to deliver the best solutions to help them transform their businesses, unlocking future growth and efficiency.
Paul is a results oriented leader who continues to have significant success helping companies get the most out of technology, including how to augment it with existing solutions.
Paul has a career in technology spanning 25 years including time at Blackberry, Monetise, HSBC and most recently at Accenture, as Managing Director where he worked cross-industry, growing the Software Engineering business through acquisition, development of talent and redefining the GTM strategy for emerging technologies; including AI, RPA and VR/AR.
Paul is passionate about developing the next generation of skilled professionals for the technology industry and an advocate for helping unlock the potential of young talent to build a more inclusive future.
