Patricia is a corporate lawyer who trained and practised at Orrick and Bird & Bird, advising startups and VC funds on hundreds of venture and M&A transactions. She saw first-hand how manual and fragmented the deal process was for both founders and law firms, and founded SuLe to build the infrastructure to fix it.
