Owen is a 3x immigrant who became obsessed with fixing immigration after experiencing the system firsthand across multiple journeys. He studied AI at Washington University in St. Louis (Top 20), founded and exited a big-data physician search engine later licensed by the university’s medical school, and led Sling Health, the nation’s largest student-run healthcare accelerator. He then worked across Google Maps, Google Photos, and ChromeOS, where he helped launch one of Google Photos’ most successful onboarding features and built an early browser agent prototype that won an internal AI hackathon. He's now building Global Citizens, the world's first autonomous law firm that can support the next billion users.
