Opal joined easyJet as Chief Data and Technology Officer in February 2025. She is a seasoned technology leader with a track record of transforming digital customer and employee experience while enhancing the resilience of legacy systems. Before easyJet, Opal was Chief Strategy and Digital Transformation Officer at PODS Enterprises. Prior to this, she served as Chief Information Officer at Hertz, where she led the information technology strategy and the delivery and implementation of their cloud-based systems transformation. Opal also served as divisional CIO and Vice President of Technology & Strategic Ventures at Allstate Insurance Company, one of the largest insurers in the US.
