Oleksandr Bondariev is the CEO and Co-founder of Pleso Therapy, Europe's next-generation mental health provider. Pleso Therapy has already achieved $7M in annualized revenue across four European markets - bootstrapped through most of that journey. He holds a Masters from University College London. Oleksandr is passionate about fixing a structurally broken industry: 90% of therapy is still "classifieds" - directories that offer an illusion of choice with no quality control, no matching, and no continuity of care. He is now leading Pleso's expansion into the UK and the development of the AI Care Companion - an AI-powered layer that supports clients between therapy sessions.
