Nnenna Ilomechina
Nnenna Ilomechina is the Chief Executive Officer of Crownpeak, a composable digital merchandising and content management SaaS business. Crownpeak products power some of the world's most iconic brands and is owned by Private Equity Fund K1 Investment Management.
Nnenna's career spans 28 years of senior leadership, transformative and restructuring roles at Dentsu, Accenture and AlixPartners. Through her career she has built a strong reputation of delivering results, dedication, trust and consistency with clients, customers and executive teams alike.
Nnenna graduated with a Computer Engineering degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, received her MBA from London Business School and Columbia Business school's joint programme and begun her career at Sapient (now Publicis Sapient), where she cut her teeth leading digital, technology and creative teams.
Her professional accolades include Senior Professional Services Finalist in the 2020 Black British Business Awards, 50 Board Ready Women to Watch in 2019, and was shortlisted for Women in the City Future Leaders Award in 2014.
Nnenna is a strong advocate for social mobility, acting as a mentor to the next generation of ethnic minority leaders. Commitments include being a mentor and speaker for the Solaris Leadership Development Programme and a member of the Development Advisory Board for Music Masters.
