Building on this global impact, Nikita recently launched a dedicated Included VC Africa Fellowship to empower emerging markets, strengthen local startup ecosystems, and drive lasting, systemic change across the continent. With Fellows from North and South America, Europe, the UK, and Asia, Included VC is already outperforming many of the world’s top business schools, over 70% of actively seeking Fellows have secured roles in VC.
