Nikita is the Co-Founder and CEO of Included VC, and the creator of RISEInVC. Included VC is the first of its kind organisation globally, reaching 140 countries and 600 cities, revolutionising VC by creating investors from diverse communities which are often overlooked or excluded, through a fully funded Fellowship. 

Nikita has successfully placed 80+ investors in prominent funds worldwide including Sequoia, Octopus Ventures, Atomico, Balderton, Founders Factory Africa, Matrix, Hummingbird, Launch Africa, Enza and numerous others, driven by the belief that this will catalyse enduring change in the ecosystem for generations to come. Included VC has already yielded remarkable results (% more than leading business schools globally) - over 80% of actively seeking Fellows are successfully breaking into the global venture capital ecosystem, spanning across Asia, Europe, South America & North America.
 

Nikita has demonstrated commitment to revolutionise the venture capital industry globally by championing diversity and inclusion, with a focus on creating sustainable, long-term change. Previously, Nikita led Imperial College London's entrepreneurship efforts, spearheading deep science ventures, fostering innovation and sustainability in novel areas such as water, new materials, robotics, energy, etc with teams collectively raising $25m. She has been recognised in Management Today - 35 under 35 & received the Asians in Tech Pioneers Award 2023.
