Niels van den Brink is Director of Information Security and Enterprise Solution Assurance at Travis Perkins Group and a member of the Group Technology Leadership Team. With a background in applied physics and over two decades in senior architecture and digital strategy roles at bp and Travis Perkins, he specialises in shaping enterprise technology strategy, cyber governance and responsible innovation. Niels has defined cloud target architectures, embedded NIST-aligned cyber reporting to board level, and authored group-wide AI policy and controls within cost-constrained environments. He brings a pragmatic, architecture-led perspective on how enterprises can strengthen cyber resilience while enabling modernisation, product agility and responsible adoption of emerging technologies.
