Nicolas Marchand is the Group CTO Digital & AI at Sodexo, responsible for driving the company's digital transformation. He has a background as both an entrepreneur and corporate executive, focusing on agile innovation and scaling engineering teams. Before joining Sodexo, he founded several tech startups and led AI and digital initiatives at Cdiscount. He has received the National Innovative Companies Award and holds an Engineering degree and an MBA from EM Lyon Business School, integrating technical expertise with strategic leadership in technology-driven transformations.
