Natasha Frangos is Managing Partner at HaysMac, an award-winning top 20 firm of chartered accountants and tax advisors in London. She was appointed to the role in 2022, having joined the firm as a graduate 25 years ago. She specialises in advising ambitious, scaling businesses operating in UK and globally in the creative, media and technology industries.
Natasha has led HaysMac through year-on-year growth, and significant milestones including a major rebrand, expansion to South Africa and being named as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024. She is an advocate of women in business and was recognised as the Banking & Finance Businesswoman of the Year at the 2023 Great British Businesswomen Awards. In 2024, she was also featured in INvolve’s Global Empower Role Model List, supported by YouTube, which celebrates outstanding leaders promoting inclusion for people of colour in business.
