Nancy Morgan is a National Security Executive leader, the former US Government Intelligence Community Chief Data Officer, CEO of Ellis Morgan Enterprises and a Strategic Advisor to the Cantellus Group. She has 36+ years of executive level experience leading strategy, innovation and driving transformation in the data and information technology arenas. She retired from US Federal Government service in April 2022 where she successfully led numerous data and IT initiatives as a program manager and Executive Leader at the Central Intelligence Agency. 

Extensive experience leading major corporate transformation efforts and standing up new organizations for data strategy, data management, data policy, data literacy/data acumen, trustworthy AI, digital transformation, software development, and cloud technology adoption in national security and intelligence. She is on SambaNova Systems' AI Innovation Advisory Council, member of Women Leaders in Data & AI, and public speaker. Named to dataIQ100 USA 2024 most influential people in data.
