Connie Sishton and Molly Sishton are the sister co-founders of SO-ME, a fashion tech startup redefining how people shop online - starting with Gen Z.

After years working together in digital marketing, the sisters saw a gap in the market: while online fashion had become a sea of endless scrolls, clunky filters, ads and disconnected platforms, shoppers want a faster, more personalised way to discover clothes they actually like.

Bootstrapping the SO-ME pilot, they built an AI-powered, swipe-to-like shopping app that brings new, pre-loved, and rental fashion together in one personalised feed. It’s like Tinder for clothes - every swipe helps the app learn your style, making discovery effortless, relevant, and fun.

Molly and Connie have already secured spots on the Business Wales Accelerator and an AI innovation programme, launched market validation campaigns with a 17% conversion rate, and are ready to take SO-ME to the next level. They’re passionate about building tools that put the power back in the hands of shoppers; making fashion discovery feel fun, personalised, and planet-conscious.
