Misha Laskin is the Co-founder and CEO of Reflection, a frontier open model lab that has raised $2.13 billion to advance open intelligence and help shape the future of global AI. He co-founded the company with Ioannis Antonoglou, co-creator of AlphaGo and AlphaZero, and together they have assembled a team that contributed to major advances in modern AI, including OpenAI’s GPT and O models, PaLM, Gemini, AlphaGo, AlphaCode, and AlphaProof.

Prior to founding Reflection, Misha made foundational contributions in reinforcement learning at UC Berkeley and Google DeepMind, including work on the Gemini models. He trained in theoretical physics at Yale and the University of Chicago before transitioning into AI research.
