Mina Mutafchieva is a Partner at HV Capital, focusing on Enterprise Software, Fintech, and AI. She brings over a decade of experience supporting founders and high-growth companies across Europe and the US, with exposure to HV Capital’s portfolio companies, including LeanIX, Fonoa, Lokalise, AccessFintech, Showpad, SumUp, Qonto, Payrails, Deel, and Yapily.

Mina holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and studied at the London School of Economics. Prior to HV, she spent five years at Dawn Capital and four years in Growth Private Equity, helping companies scale and expand internationally.
